What this page covers
This policy describes how SaniClim+ handles the information collected through this public website. It does not cover other channels, such as a phone call or an in-person visit.
What we collect
We only collect what you type into one of our forms, plus the minimum our servers need to work.
- Quote requests: your name, email address, phone number, service address, the service you are interested in, and anything you write in the notes — including your contact and scheduling preferences.
- Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, city, the role you are applying for, your availability, any professional links you provide, and your message.
- Technical data: your IP address, kept briefly so that our forms can be protected against abuse, and a session cookie required for the site to function.
Why we collect it
To answer your request, prepare a quote, schedule and carry out the work, reply to an application, and protect the site against automated abuse. We do not use this information for anything else.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. The public website carries no advertising tracker and no behavioural analytics: it does not build a profile of you, and it does not follow you to other sites.
How long we keep it
Quote requests and applications are kept for as long as they are useful to the relationship they belong to, and to meet our accounting and legal obligations. Technical data used to limit abuse is short-lived.
Content from Google Maps
Some pages of this site display customer reviews that come from Google Maps, obtained through the Google Maps Platform Places API. The request is made by our server; the reviews are displayed as Google returns them and are not stored on our side.
When such a section is displayed, your browser loads the review authors' profile pictures directly from Google's servers. Google may therefore receive technical information about that request, and processes it under its own terms. We do not control Google's practices, and this policy does not speak for them.
Google's handling of that data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Our use of the service is governed by the Google Maps Platform Terms of Service.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to us at the address below. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page.
